By creating an account or using Master Wealth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paying subscribers.
Master Wealth is a personal finance dashboard that allows you to manually track income, expenses, budgets, and net worth. The Service does not connect to your bank accounts and does not provide financial advice. All data you enter is for personal tracking purposes only.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period at the applicable plan rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings or My Profile page within the app. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
You agree not to:
You own the financial data you enter into Master Wealth. We do not claim any rights over your data. You can export your data at any time using the Excel export feature. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily limit access. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Master Wealth does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@master-wealth.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Master Wealth operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
