2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number (if provided) when you create an account.
• Financial data: transaction descriptions, amounts, dates, and categories that you manually enter into the app. We do not connect to your bank or access your real accounts.
• Payment information: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Master Wealth service.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the product based on how features are used.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third parties to operate the service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your data is stored on Supabase servers).
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment.
• EmailJS — transactional email delivery.
• Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and financial data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Stripe may retain billing records for longer periods as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
• Export your transaction data at any time via the Excel export feature.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords managed by Supabase Auth, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying signed in.

9. Children's Privacy

Master Wealth is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
